Flat ceramic membrane technology
Landfill leachate with high pollutants has always been a thorny problem in municipal landfills. The highest concentration of COD is over 20,000 mg/L, containing benzene and its derivatives. The concentration of ammonia nitrogen can reach 2,000 mg/L. This wastewater containing toxic organic compounds and high ammonia nitrogen poses great difficulties for its treatment, especially for biological treatment. In addition to toxic aromatic compounds, leachate also contains a large number of humus and humic acid and other macromolecular organic compounds.
Although these organic substances are not biotoxic, but due to their high molecular weight, good chemical stability, microorganisms cannot achieve effective degradation.
The activated sludge process cannot effectively remove COD from leachate, and the advanced treatment process must be added. With the advantages of high filtration accuracy, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, we can use a combination of traditional biochemical treatment and new advanced flat ceramic membrane treatment technology to achieve emission standards.
