In the wastewater treatment of seafood industrial park, the traditional technology adopted at home and abroad is mainly coagulation + contact oxidation process, air flotation - enhanced A-stage A/O process, air flotation + A/O+CASS process, hydrolysis acidification + biological contact oxidation process, UASB + aerobic treatment process, air flotation + SBR process. These traditional processes are often difficult to meet the discharge standards.
The influent water quality of Zhoushan 3000 tons/day seafood processing wastewater is COD 4000mg/l, BOD 1000mg/l, SS 500mg/l, ammonia nitrogen 200mg/l, PH value 6-9. It is very difficult to treat this kind of wastewater. A lot of small and pilot tests were did for this kind of wastewater, and finally the "anaerobic + aerobic + flat ceramic membrane PC-MBR" technology was determined because it is feasible, economical and reasonable, and suitable for local conditions.
