Nanomem® intelligent integrated MBR process is a new type of integrated sewage treatment equipment based on ultrafiltration flat ceramic membrane. Its principle is to integrate pre filtration, hydrolytic acidification, aerobic biochemistry and MBR filtration technology. It has independent intellectual property rights in flat ceramic membrane and MBR system.
The advantages of MBR filtration technology are as follows:
➢New technology: integrated with new flat ceramic membrane technology and biological simulation technology, it has good denitrification and phosphorus removal effect, no organic excess sludge, short treatment process, no sedimentation and sand filtration links;
➢Intelligent control: with intelligent monitoring technology, it can realize full-automatic unattended + one-stop operation, intuitive and easy to operate;
➢Module design: it adopts unique patent appearance and highly integrated modular design, which is convenient for capacity expansion.
➢Use worry free
Reduce investment: don’t need to excavate, lay pipelines and construction structures on a large scale; low investment cost;
➢Fast construction: the floor area is only 30-50% of the traditional regeneration treatment process, and the amount of infrastructure works is small. Only the equipment foundation needs to be built, and the regeneration and reuse can be realized by taking over the treatment, which saves labor, time and land;
➢Low operation cost: high performance plate ceramic membrane module, and longer service life.
➢High quality effluent: the effluent quality is stable, and the pollutant index completely meets the standard of discharge standard for village and town sewage treatment plant (GB18918-2002);
➢Energy saving and environmental protection: low operation cost, no noise (low noise fan), no peculiar smell and no residual organic sludge during operation.
