What are the classifications of ceramic flat membrane filter module?

Ceramic flat membrane filter module is usually divided into single channel ceramic membrane filter module and multi-channel ceramic membrane filter module. It is a more advanced ceramic filter material developed on the basis of traditional porous ceramics. It consists of large pore size (50-150 micron), high strength porous ceramic support and ceramic surface microfiltration membrane (0.1-10 micron) with micro pore size.

This kind of membrane material structure not only improves the filtering accuracy of ceramic filter material, but also reduces the fluid resistance of filter material, and solves the difficult problem of cleaning and regeneration of traditional filter material. It has the advantages of high filtering accuracy, low filtering resistance and good cleaning and regeneration performance. Therefore, ceramic membrane filter elements can be widely used in high-precision filtering of various gases and liquids.

Ceramic flat membrane filter modules are designed in various forms. They are designed according to two kinds of membrane configurations, flat and tubular configurations. Plate-framed and coiled membrane assemblies use flat membrane, while tubular, capillary and hollow fiber module assemblies use tubular membrane. For industrial membranes, the filling density of membranes can range from hundreds to thousands of square meters per cubic meter. According to different production capacity, several to hundreds of membranes can be used.
