Ceramic flat membrane separation technology is a new separation technology, which uses a specially manufactured and selectively permeable film to separate, purify and concentrate the mixture under the external force. It is based on the physical properties of the mixture and separates the mixture by sieving or by separating the substances according to the different chemical properties of the mixture.
The speed at which the substance passes through the separation membrane (dissolution rate) depends on the speed at which it enters the membrane and the speed at which the surface of the membrane diffuses to the hole and the other surface of the membrane (diffusion rate). The dissolution rate depends entirely on the difference of chemical properties between the materials separated from the membrane. The diffusion rate depends not only on the chemical properties, but also on the molecular weight of the material. The higher the diffusion rate, the shorter the time required to pass through the membrane, and the greater the difference of the velocity of each component in the mixture through the membrane, the higher the separation efficiency.
The advantages of plate ceramic membrane separation technology are large concentration ratio and multiple reuse of resources. After years of experience accumulation, using advanced technology, breaking through the design specifications of conventional membrane separation technology in pure water production, selecting industrial membrane components (different from pure water production membranes), the concentration ratio of rinse water increased significantly (30g/L). Concentration ratio of rinsing water can be increased to 50 g/L by using osmotic pressure grading process for application enterprises with higher concentration requirements.
Using high-load membrane separation process design and selection of anti-pollution industrial separation membrane components, the anti-pollution ability of the system is greatly improved, and the system is more stable and reliable. Not only nickel is recovered, but also additives and water are recovered.
