Learn how to clean the filter？

The cleaning characteristics of the elements depend on the contaminants and conditions. The usual cleaning method is surface brushing, back washing or cleaning with a suitable solvent solution. For deep filter media, cleaning typically only removes surface contaminants, where particles trapped in the pores are difficult to remove. Once the pressure drop across the filter reaches an unacceptable level and the cleaning cannot restore the flow, the filter should be replaced.
