The principle of this technical equipment is that: the sewage first enters the dosing mixing device, and the mixing of sewage and dissolved gas is accelerated in the air flotation device. The oil droplets and suspended solids in the sewage will float to the water surface, and the tiny bubbles will attach to its surface. After floating to the water surface, the oil scraper in the oil collection system will take it away, so as to prevent the bubbles from returning to the suspended state after breaking. The main components of the device include dosing and mixing device, gas dissolving device and flotation sludge discharge device.

The principle of ultrafiltration membrane treatment process equipment is to use ultrafiltration filter elements to carry out in-depth filtration treatment for sewage. After air flotation treatment and oil removal, the produced sewage will enter the stage of ultrafiltration membrane treatment. Under the control of the automation system, different filter membranes will be stacked together to form a new, relatively independent ultrafiltration membrane treatment system. The application of this system can play a role in filtering and treating the produced wastewater. The treated water has removed oil, suspended solids and other impurities, and the water quality has been well purified.
