The addition of stone involves cutting and polishing. Both of them form a solid content of waste water and the solid particles are usually fine in the polishing sequence. The particle size distribution is in the range of micro. Fine particles are easy to be suspended in the water, and the time does not precipitate, thus forming a turbidity pollution. The ceramic membrane with ultrafiltration specification can separate these suspended substances and water effectively, and make it clear and transparent.
The stone processing waste water treatment process of ceramic membrane as follows:
The comparison of treatment process
There are three kinds of treatment methods for stone processing waste water
(1) Traditional sedimentation method: three stage sedimentation tank technology is adopted to realize the separation of material and sediment. Flocculant and precipitant need to be added in the sedimentation process to improve the sedimentation efficiency. Due to the fluid characteristics of the sedimentation process, the volume of the sedimentation tank is related to the treatment capacity.
(2) Filter pressing method: plate frame filter pressing machine and belt filter pressing machine are adopted to intercept and mechanically squeeze the filter cloth to separate the sediment in the filter. The belt filter press is one kind of continuous sludge discharge type, but The plate frame filter press is not the type. Due to the dispersive characteristics of sediment, flocculant and precipitant need to be added in the pressure filtration process.
(3) Ceramic membrane separation method: the ceramic membrane is used as the separation element to effectively separate sand and silt, cut and polish the stone material. As the sewage contains a certain amount of cutting agent, a small amount of flocculant and precipitant need to be added in the treatment process to remove it, so as to meet the discharge standard.
