1. When installing the membrane, the installation environment should be sorted out first. When the membranes are removed from the packaging, it should be placed stably. During the installation process, it is possible to touch the membrane surface with a sharp blunt tool, so these tools should be wrapped it carefully for preventing damage to the membrane.

2. The MBR membrane tank should be clean and free of particles and sundries at the bottom of the tank. And the membrane module support is fixed reliably. Then Preliminary drainage to MBR tank. The water surface is about 10cm away from the top of the module. The new membrane surface is relatively sticky when just removed from the packaging bag. If the water is not placed properly during the installation, the two membrane surfaces will stick together, and if you press down hard, the membrane surface will be damaged.

3. When removed from the packaging plastic bag, the membrane shall not be bent, and shall not be placed on the ground or other objects without protective measures at will.

4. When each membrane is ready to be installed after being removed from the packaging, it is necessary to make a detailed inspection to check whether there is scratch mark on the surface of membrane, and check whether there is space at the glue joint. If any problem is found, please replace the diaphragm in time

5. When assembling the diaphragm, please don’t step on the top of the diaphragm. If not, try to step on the corner of the membrane.

6. The membrane is put into the assembly in a single sheet. And pay attention to whether the direction of the water outlet of each diaphragm corresponds to the main suction pipe, so as to prevent the wrong direction of installation.

7. The membrane is divided into a small cell every 5 pieces. Pay attention to check the number of diaphragms in each cell and do not miss the installation.

8. Move slowly during the membrane installation to ensure that each of membrane is within the corresponding spacer strip, but do not pull hard.

9. After the MBR membrane is put into the assembly, the rubber strip shall be used to separate and press each membrane firmly, and then the rubber strip shall be buckled with channel steel, and the screws must be tightened at both ends

10. When installing the rubber tube, glycerin shall be used as smooth as possible. If there is no glycerin, soap water can be used instead, and the rubber tube shall be inserted at the bottom.
