In order to reduce the corrosion of downstream equipment and blockage of pipeline caused by alkaline dust in combustible gas, and realize efficient purification of combustible gas under low energy consumption, gas-solid separation must be carried out directly at high temperature. At the same time, in the process of gas purification, equipment corrosion and pipeline blockage caused by tar condensation should be avoided as much as possible. Due to the high temperature of biomass combustible gas, it is easy to cause the decline of bag service life. At the same time, the dust content of biomass combustible gas is high, which makes the dust box overloaded, and the number of solenoid valve injection increases. The SiC ceramic membrane can solve the problem very well. In short, silicon carbide membrane has a very wide range of applications, and the patent layout and competition are in the initial stage.
