The concentration section of silica sol production is a long cycle process with high energy consumption.

Compared with ultrafiltration organic membrane, inorganic ceramic membrane can make the silica sol concentration reach more than 40%. After cleaning, it can quickly restore the production capacity and continue to be used.

Compared with many organic membranes, inorganic ceramic membranes have the advantages of high temperature resistance, stable structure, uniform pore size distribution, good chemical stability, not easy to be eroded by microorganisms, high mechanical strength and easy regeneration. This characteristic determines its wide application in water treatment.
