At present, coagulation/flotation contact oxidation or the combination process of adding hydrolysis acidification at the aerobic front end to improve the biodegradability or adding CASS section at the aerobic end are mostly adopted. Although these traditional processes have low treatment costs, the effluent quality is difficult to be stable for a long time, and cannot meet the high discharge requirements, which will also affect the quality of coastal water along the line.
Ceramic membrane is one of the most developed MBR inorganic membranes, which is characterized by good chemical stability, strong anti pollution ability, high mechanical strength, and resistance to various corrosion. The new ceramic membrane and organic membrane coupling membrane group effectively combines the characteristics of organic membrane and inorganic membrane, which can effectively solve the problem of flat ceramic membrane fouling and blocking, ensure membrane flux, and reduce the cost of the entire membrane module.
